Nikolaos Nikolaidis
Nikolaos Nikolaidis is an Attorney-at-Law admitted before the Supreme Court of Greece and the Council of State, with extensive experience and specialization in commercial, civil and criminal law matters, with particular emphasis on financial crimes.
He began his professional career as a banking officer at Dresdner Bank AG and Morgan Grenfell S.A., a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG. He subsequently worked as an investment capital consultant at APM Vertrieb S.A., also a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG. In parallel, he completed specialized training programs in investment advisory services, sales management and strategy, and marketing. He has also demonstrated strong social engagement, having served as President of the Parents’ Association of the Hellenic-American Educational Foundation.
In 1997, he founded his law office, representing clients in complex, high-risk civil and administrative cases before the highest courts. He also possesses extensive experience in all methods of dispute resolution, as well as in real estate portfolio investments. He advises individuals and companies on complex matters relating to estate planning, project investments, competition law and antitrust legislation.

He provides specialized advice on national and EU legislation governing commercial contracts, with significant experience in data protection law, as well as in the design, drafting and updating of data protection policies and privacy statements for online activities. Nikolaos specializes in the negotiation of commercial transactions, advising clients on the organization of distribution networks and corporate structures. He also has extensive experience in commercial agreements and corporate governance matters. He provides ongoing support to his clients across the full spectrum of issues arising in the course of their business activities, including risk management and regulatory compliance.

Dimitra Nikolaidi
She grew up in a family of lawyers and became familiar with legal proceedings from an early age, developing the belief that behind every legal document there are individuals and organizations entitled to a fair trial.
A graduate of the Hellenic-American College of Athens and holder of a law degree from the European University, graduating with a “Very Good” distinction, she combined her academic studies with strong social engagement. She is fluent in English, with specialization in legal terminology, and has a very good command of French.
During her four years of study — through the preparation of numerous academic papers, her dissertation on “The Criminal Protection of the Environment”, and her participation in specialized legal seminars — she developed and structured her legal thinking, gaining experience in civil, commercial and criminal law, as well as in court preparation, legal assessment of case files and legal advisory work.
At the same time, as a member of the UNESCO team, she cultivated her public speaking skills, argumentation and awareness of political affairs. In 2018, she attended courses at Oxford Royale Academy focusing on the role of law in international affairs and human rights, where she received an award in Human Rights and honorary distinctions in Politics and International Relations, as well as in Political Representation in Greece.
Finally, she participated in the “Athens–Melbourne Cooperation Team”, guiding second-generation young people of Greek origin from Australia in learning and practicing the Greek language.

Nikolaos Papadolpoulos
Nikolaos Papadopoulos is a trainee lawyer and a graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace, where he obtained his degree with the grade “Very Good” (Lian Kalos). He is currently pursuing the Master’s Programme in “European Criminal Law and Policy” at Panteion University, focusing on contemporary developments in criminal law and European policy.
In the course of his professional career, he has trained in criminal law, gaining experience in legal research, the study and management of case files, the drafting of pleadings and legal memoranda, and the analysis of the case law of national and European courts.
He is distinguished by the methodical approach and sense of responsibility with which he addresses complex legal issues. His professional approach is characterised by consistency and a strong sense of accountability, guided by the delivery of high-quality legal services and the effective support of clients.
He has an excellent command of English (C2) and also has a working knowledge of German and French.
Nikol Arvaniti
Nicole Arvaniti is a graduate of the School of Law at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. She has a strong academic background and plays an active role in supporting the firm’s legal work, assisting with case preparation, legal research and the drafting of legal documents.
In the course of her professional activities, she contributes to the effective management of cases and provides day-to-day support to the firm’s lawyers, with a commitment to quality, consistency and attention to detail. She is distinguished by her sense of responsibility, her organisational skills and her dedication to delivering legal services of the highest standard.
With a view to continuous professional development and to deepening her knowledge of the legal field, she seeks to offer meaningful support to clients and to contribute to the successful handling of their cases.
Aggeliki Fefle
Admitted to practise before the Courts of Appeal (Δικηγόρος παρ’ Εφέταις) and a member of the Athens Bar Association. A graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and holder of a master’s degree from the École de Lettres of the Université de Toulon. Completed the basic training programme in Mediation at the Centre for Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM) of Panteion University (December 2025 – January 2026).
Fluent in both French and English, holding the Diplôme d’Études de la Sorbonne (2e degré) and the Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge. Also holds a certificate in computer skills (ACTA–Infotest, certified by EOPPEP, the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance).
